Overcharging the hoverboard will cause the battery to deteriorate over time.

If your Hoverboard does not power on please check your connections, if it shows to be getting power and it still does not power on please contact us and we will try our best to assist you.

The Bluetooth on the hoverboard will automatically be on when the hoverboard is powered on, you will need to go into your mobile phone's bluetooth settings and search for the hoverboard device to connect. Most hoverboards will show the model number as the Bluetooth device.

In order to reset or recalibrate your hoverboard, you need to make sure your hoverboard is turned off and it's sitting level with the ground on its wheels.
Without moving your hoverboard, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Ignore all flashing lights and beeps in this 10 seconds.
Then let go of the power button and turn the hoverboard off. The hoverboard is now reset and ready to be turned on.
