If you are not completely satisfied with our hoverboards purchased from CHO Hoverboards, and the products are still brand new, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for the refund. Returned products must be brand new with all the original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals, and accessories and must be accompanied by the original invoice. After 30 days of the delivery date, we would assume the sale is final. Normally, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and all shipping, handling, and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable. Besides, any shipping, handling and insurance charges incurred when returning the products to CHO Hoverboards are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Policy

All the hoverboards come with a limited 1 Year warranty. This 1 Year warranty exclusively covers internal defects. Internal defects are issues arising from the damage of internal components not arising from external impact, damage or inadvertent accidents to the item. ChoPowerSports.com has exclusive right to conclude as to whether a defect is one of the external or internal issues. In honoring a warranty claim, CHO Hoverboards will assess the item with reasonable diligence in determining whether the item has an internal or external defect. Within the warranty period, CHO Hoverboards will either repair or replace defective products at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts are our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models. All shipping, handling, and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable. And customers are responsible for any charges incurred when they are sending the products back to us. This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance. CHO Hoverboards shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages for personal injury, property loss, or anything happened while the products are being used.
